OMV has conducted thousands of health initiative search assignments across the United States. We are not an agency or placement service; rather, we focus on long-term staffing and management services under five-year contracts.  Currently, we maintain over 5,000 health care workers in our national database, including on-call 24-hours-a-day staffing of nurses and other health care professionals for temporary or full-time services.

OMV has compiled an extensive list of satisfied clients through the years, which include government organizations and corporations, academic medical centers, hospitals, and many other facilities throughout the nation, even in remote areas.
